Google Chrome will automatically reload your extensions when you close and reopen your browser to ensure you have the very latest versions. However, updates can sometimes take a short period to filter through. You can, therefore, run a manual update just to double check.
How to run a manual update
1. Open Google Chrome, click on the Settings icon in the top right-hand corner and then click on Settings.
2. Click on Extensions.
3. Ensure the Developer mode box is checked and then click the Update extension now button.
