How do I submit a Bullhorn Marketplace Ticket?

You will need to submit a Bullhorn Marketplace Ticket to link Ebsta to your Bullhorn database.

 

1. Log into Bullhorn and click on Support and select Bullhorn Resource Center.

 

2. Once you are in the Bullhorn Resource Center, click on Tickets.

3. Then choose Create New Ticket.

4. In the subject line add “Ebsta integration request” and click Next.

5. Click Next again.

6. On the final screen select the fields as below and click Submit.

7. You will receive a Ticket Reference Number and the integration process will begin.

8. Please email the Ticket Reference Number to bullhornsignup@ebsta.com so we can track your integration progress.

Then what?

Once you have requested the Bullhorn Marketplace activation, it normally takes 3-4 working days for Bullhorn to grant access. As soon as this happens you will receive an email from Ebsta confirming that your account is now live.
