This error will occur when your download directory has corrupted. To solve this, follow the instructions below.
1. Go to your Settings folder in Google Chrome. You can access this by opening Google Chrome and clicking on the three horizontal bars in the top right hand corner. Alternatively, you can navigate to chrome://chrome/settings/.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings and click "Show Advanced Settings...". Scroll down again to "Download Section", click "Change Button" and select a "Download Location". You will need to do this even if there appears to be a selected folder.
3. Ensure that the user has written permissions for that folder. You can do this by simply creating a text file there.
4. You can then download Ebsta for Bullhorn once this has been done by going to http://www.ebsta.com/chrome.html.
